WHAT IS THE LIVE SERVICE?
This service is available for live production processing using Live Key material and implements the PCI requirement for complete segregation between live and development/test systems.
Users of the Test Service can migrate easily to this service once testing is complete.

Operations
HSMs security is controlled from a Security Operations Centre (SOC). All security-sensitive activities must be authorised and can only be performed under dual control adhering to documented, certified, and audited procedures.

Key Management
Customers retain cryptographic control over their operational keys, which they import and store in their own key databases using their applications - the HSMs in the MYHSM service will provide the security to protect these keys encrypting under an HSM Master File Key (MFK). HSM Master File Key (MFK) are managed by MYHSM on the customer’s behalf.

Customer Portal
Users have access to a dedicated portal with 24x7 availability and 99.9% up-time. Here users can manage their account, communicate with MYHSM and exchange data, access an array of information and monitor their charges and utilisation.
